WITH NANCY BELLANTONI, YACEP, INTEGRATED YOGA TUNE UP TEACHER

The Roll Model Method Training
Become a leader in the self-care fitness revolution.

Fascia is a hot topic in fitness right now. You can find fascial fitness tools such as foam rollers, sports balls and massage sticks in gyms and yoga studios. Yet, still we struggle.

  • Which are the best tools to help with mobility, flexibility and pain?
  • Are there techniques that work better than others?
  • What is the science behind fascia?

Distinguish your teaching with self-myofascial release [SMFR] strategies.

This training empowers you to teach and personally adopt simple and effective SMFR regimes using Roll Model therapy balls. You will learn how to incorporate ball sequences into your teaching by introducing embodied anatomy concepts to your students or clients.

Our sessions combine informative lectures, experiential sequences that allow you to sense a shift in your own body, and breakout sessions to enable you to put your new knowledge to use immediately.

Roll Model therapy balls are a soft-tissue conditioning tool that can be used as an adjunct offering within yoga, personal training, group fitness, Pilates, corporate wellness, dance, massage therapy, clinical or mental health settings and unique populations.

This training is for you if you would like
  • To increase your practical knowledge of anatomy
  • To deepen your understanding of pain physiology
  • More tools in your toolbox
  • To expand the services you offer
  • More at home self-care options
  • CECs (NASM, ASCM, AFAA, IAYT)
We set you up for success, so your clients and students see results quickly.
